Every meaningful gift has a deadline — a housewarming party, a closing day, an anniversary dinner that’s already booked. We take that seriously. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your custom map from us to your front door.


Before We Ship: Order Processing

Each order is individually prepared and quality-checked within 1–3 business days of purchase.

A couple of things worth knowing upfront:

  • Personalized orders require time to produce before they ship — processing time is separate from transit time
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day

Tracking Your Package

The moment your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. Tracking details typically become active within 1–3 business days after the confirmation email.


Shipping Address

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to update or redirect the shipping address. Please take a moment to double-check your delivery details before placing your order — especially apartment numbers and ZIP codes, which are the most common culprits for missed deliveries.


Multiple Packages in One Order

If your order includes items fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This won’t affect what you paid for shipping, and you’ll receive individual tracking links for each parcel so nothing gets lost along the way.


International Orders: Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the US and EU, your country’s customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or inspection fees upon arrival. These charges are determined entirely by local regulations and are not something we control or include in our pricing. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering if you’re unsure.


When Things Take Longer Than Expected

We wish we could control every step of the journey, but occasionally delays happen — carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs inspections, or global disruptions. If your package seems stuck, reach out to us and we’ll investigate on your behalf.
