Before You Write — Quick Answers

Where is my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it yet, check your spam folder first — then reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I change my personalization details after ordering? Changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect? We’re sorry — that’s not the experience we want for you. Email us at hello@mapofourstory.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right immediately.
